Operating Instruction Manual :

Thank you for purchasing the Countertop 7-stage water purifier Model:100 CTWB and we congratulate you for ensuring your family's better health with better water Purifiers. Seven stages of outstanding filtration efficiency from single cartridge . This unique state-of-the-art 7-stage purifier is designed in most advanced Resin based Technology, purifies the water by destroying water borne diseases & refreshing the quality of drinking water by removing suspended impurities, chlorine and odour. Thus, protecting your family against diseases like diarrhoea, dysentary, gastro-enteritis, cholera, typhoid etc. and more over it is portable & light weight.

1. BEFORE INSTALLATION
   1. Remove the inner protective seal provided on both ends of the purifier cartridge (Refer C-2)
   2. Attach universal tap collect with water connection. (Do not use in hot water).
   3. If tap collect does not fit with your water connection, install female tap connector [optional] then push/fit tap collect and tighten with lock.
   4. Rotate the spout to desired position.
   5. For initial installation turn the unit upside down and flush the filter about 10 minutes before use to flush out carbon black powder.
   6. If not in use for several hours flush the filter about 5 minutes before drawing water.
   7. While filtering maintain the slow flow of filtered water about 1 litre per minute [Ajust your taps so that it takes 6 seconds to fill a regular glass of 200ml.]
   8. Additionally facility for mounting the unit on the wall with L-bracket (optional).
2. USE OF RELEASE VALVE:
   1. For best results of quality, water and air bubbles should come out together out of the release valve by pressing it till filter bowl fills up with water to get full cartridge contact.
   2. If not in use, detach tap collect from tap and press the release valve to flush out the stored water retained in the purifiers to prevent the formation of bacteria.
3. HOW TO CLEAN THE WATER PURIFIER
   1. Turn off the water supply & turn the unit upside down.
   2. Unscrew the bowl from the cap anti-clockwise with spanner provided with this kit, simply twist and pull the cartridge out.[Quick change technology]
   3. Pull outer net and membrane from the cartridge & rinse/scrub with soap water.
   4. Rinse thoroughly the cartridge under running tap water.(Do not scrub).
   5. Rinse the bowl and fill with 1/3rd soap water and scrub thoroughly with sponge.
   6. Remove the gasket from the cap groove. Clean the cap and gasket.
   7. Place the gasket in the cap groove and with two fingers press it down into the groove. This step is important to ensure proper filter seal. Make sure that the gasket is sealed in the level of the groove.
   8. Push/fit the cartridge in th cartridge in the cap tightly and screw the bowl in the cap. Tighten the bowl clockwise with a spanner.
   9. To increase the life of the candle it is advisable to clean the cartridge once in fortnight.
   10. Advisable to replace cartridge once in a year of normal use - Bacteriostatic & Bacteriocidal.
   11. Replacement of purification resin tube - Disinfection.
       • After 5000 ltrs. of normal use.
       • Flow of the water get stop from the Resin tube to exhaustion of the resin.
       • Resin colour changes from Black to Yellow.
   12. Purification tube can be changed by pulling out the Resin screen tube which is provided at the bottom of the filter cartridge.
