PLASCOTTM - Modern new approach the plastic coating to combine metals and of plastic into a single functional part. Various sizes, shapes and intricacy can be coated with plastic Powder like Polyethylene, PVC, CAB, Plastisol, Epoxy, Polyester, Nylon, PTFE, PP, PU etc. Any article of intricate configuration can be processed .It ranges form 250 to 1000 microns. Wide color range.

 

Properties:
Metals can be insulated, decorated, self-lubricated and protected from chemicals. Temperature ranges from -1000C to +2600C. Withstands impact force and elongation upto 30%.


Typical Application: 
Door Handle, Wheel of valves, grills etc.
