Nylon Coating

Nylon coatings are smooth and tough and have an outstanding adhesion and superb resistance to solvents and oils. Nylon coatings bond securely to most metallic surfaces and many nonmetallic surfaces. Nylon coating is extremely durable coating that resists impact, corrosion, and chemical resistance. They provide hard, smooth coatings of uniform thickness and have a low coefficient of friction when applied over a suitable basic coverage.

PLASCOT^TM- Modern new approach the plastic coating to combine metals and of plastic into a single functional part. Various sizes, shapes and intricacy can be coated with plastic Powder like Polyethylene, PVC, CAB, Plastisol, Epoxy, Polyester, Nylon, PTFE, PP, PU etc. Any article of intricate configuration can be processed .It ranges form 250 to 1000 microns. Wide color range.

^Properties:
Metals can be insulated, decorated, self-lubricated and protected from chemicals. Temperature ranges from -100⁰C to +260⁰C. Withstands impact force and elongation upto 30%.
